Howard Lederer was born into in a family of 5 where he loved taking part in various card games when he was young. The Mayfair was a bridge and backgammon association where the the most favorable gamblers would frequently challenge one another. Howard was able to access a number of the best players in chess. He also assisted his sister Annie Duke learn the game of poker. She was a great student of poker as she constantly asked questions about how to make the correct decision. Howard told Annie to head out to Sin City and play in the World Series of Poker tournaments. Annie Duke is one of the strongest female players the poker arena ever. Howard headed to Vegas in Nineteen Ninety Three and played money games for the subsequent 10 years. When the World Poker Tournament gained popularity, he decided to participate in more tournaments.
